Some Newport Beach-based company I and Google have never heard of named Roxy Friday has filed a trademark registration for Pinball Construction Set.
I’m mentioning this in the hopes that someone actually did secure the rights to the classic game and will be making a new version. (Or whoever owns the rights, can you make a new version, pretty please?)
