Atari has filed a new trademark for Saboteur, in relation to Howard Scott Warshaw’s Atari 2600 game that wasn’t released by the company until 2004 as part of the Atari Flashback device.
Since would be a very obscure game to add to the Atari online game library or to revamp, I wonder is this decision has any relation to EA’s recent release of The Saboteur. Could Atari be the reason EA added the definite article to the game’s name?
