Nintendo of America has filed a new trademark registration for Luigi’s Mansion that strangely does not state the mark has previously been used in commerce.
I’m going to guess New Play Control or whatever, but I’m really hoping this was a goof and Nintendo meant to file a trademark registration for a more pragmatic sequel called Luigi’s Condominium.
