Cruel and Unusual Films–production company of fauxteur Zack Snyder–has filed a trademark for 5ive for use pertaining to video games.
I’m crossing my fingers this is just a pitch he’s trying to make and the EA-Zack Snyder deal fell through, so his bungling sensibilities will be limited to dramatic inert films. (Actually, since Watchmen bombed, can he stop making films?)
